About the Role
Crown + Conquer is seeking a Graphic Designer to join our growing creative team. This role bridges the gap between Design and Art Direction, requiring a combination of hands-on design skills and the ability to lead projects. The Graphic Designer will play a crucial role in transforming marketing and branding strategies into visually compelling campaigns and overseeing design outputs across both digital and physical executions.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Accounts, Strategy, and Production teams to align design concepts with client visions, brand standards, and strategic objectives.
- Lead the creation of print and digital graphics for campaigns and live events, including assets for social media, web, print materials, environmental graphics, signage, branded merchandise, packaging, digital interfaces, micro-sites, and video.
- Develop original identity systems and graphic executions for new campaigns or experiential properties.
- Contribute to deck design and creation, producing internal brand and marketing materials.
- Coordinate with vendors and partners through the production phase, ensuring quality and consistency.
Requirements
- 4-7 years of graphic design experience, preferably in an agency setting.
- Demonstrated portfolio showcasing strong design skills and a unique aesthetic vision.
- Experience in areas such as logo design, typography, color theory, web layout design, print production, and package design.
- Familiarity with 3D and/or motion graphics, plus visual design and wire-framing tools.
- Proven experience in creating brand identities and following brand guidelines.
- Background in installations, exhibits, retail environments, pop-ups, or brand activations is a plus.
- Passion for staying current with design trends and cultural movements.
- Illustration skills are an additional asset.
- Quick learner, adaptable to brand guidelines and new tools.
