About the Role

OneTrust is seeking a collaborative Manager for the Marketing Operations team to transform marketing ideas into scalable, measurable programs. This role involves understanding lead management processes, designing solutions, and implementing them across the marketing technology ecosystem, including Marketo. You will partner with Marketing and Sales stakeholders to address operational challenges and enhance team effectiveness, leveraging strategic thinking and hands-on technology expertise, including AI-enabled capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the day-to-day management, troubleshooting, and solution design of the Marketo instance.
  • Monitor and continuously improve lead management processes, including scoring, enrichment, lifecycle management, routing, and operational workflows.
  • Design solutions that create a connected marketing technology experience while minimizing downstream impacts.
  • Partner with demand generation and marketing stakeholders to ensure campaigns are built and executed using best practices with clear measurement tied to business outcomes.
  • Explore and apply AI-enabled features and automation within marketing technologies to improve efficiency, data quality, campaign execution, personalization, and team productivity.
  • Help evaluate, implement, and optimize marketing technologies, contributing to a scalable and well-governed martech ecosystem.
  • Provide thoughtful, hands-on troubleshooting within Marketo and across the broader marketing technology stack.
  • Support the development and implementation of consent strategies in a privacy-first marketing environment.

Requirements

  • MCE certification or comparable Marketo expertise required.
  • Experience using go-to-market technologies such as 6sense, Qualified, LeanData, and Salesloft is strongly preferred.
  • Experience working with AI-enabled marketing technologies, automation, or workflow optimization.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce and its connection with marketing systems.
  • Solid understanding of lead management concepts, including scoring, lifecycle management, routing, enrichment, and campaign measurement.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into practical technical solutions.
  • A collaborative, service-oriented mindset and the ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders.
  • Self-starter with strong attention to detail and a desire to continuously improve processes.
  • Ability to manage workload independently, prioritize effectively, and keep work moving in a fast-paced environment.
  • 5+ years of experience in a Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or related operations role.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-focused environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
