About the Role
This dynamic and learning-oriented role requires a strong technical foundation and sophisticated business skills to drive strategy and execution for a Mixed Signal hardware portfolio. You will work cross-functionally with R&D, Marketing, and Sales to understand customer problems, craft product strategies, and translate customer needs into product features. You will be mentored by senior product managers while supporting them and building your own product strategy skills.
Responsibilities
- Position and message products through market segmentation, application deep dives, and value proposition alignment.
- Partner with Marketing and Sales to represent product management in sales training and external customer engagements.
- Collaborate with R&D leaders to define product requirements from a business and customer perspective.
- Create impactful content such as white papers, presentations, videos, and product demos.
- Support pre-sales efforts as a subject matter expert.
- Monitor and report on product performance, identifying trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences as a product expert.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or mechanical engineering.
- 2 years of relevant work experience (internships and co-ops count).
- Legal authorization to work in the US; visa sponsorship will not be provided.
- Ability to build trust across stakeholders, influence without authority, and negotiate effectively.
- Focus on customer outcomes and comfort with ambiguity in high-stakes situations.
- Ability to introduce new ways of looking at problems and partner with others.
