About the Role
As a Product Engineer, you will be a key technical resource across the organization, processing custom orders, optimizing manufacturing processes, and providing hands-on support to both Manufacturing and Technical Sales teams. You will leverage your knowledge of product design, materials, fabrication, tooling, and quality standards to drive efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality production.
Responsibilities
- Process and manage custom orders from start to finish
- Create and prepare job packages and required manufacturing documentation
- Support day-to-day production line operations
- Provide technical expertise to Production and PGS (Product Group Sales) teams
- Investigate and resolve operational problems affecting production
- Assist with custom quote preparation
- Support corrective actions, ECNs, and ECRs
- Partner with NPD Engineers on New Product Development projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent hands-on experience)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Manufacturing or Production Engineering
- Proficiency with CAD tools
- Working knowledge of machinery, tools, and dies with an eye for finding the right tool for the job to maximize efficiency
- Demonstrated ability to process complex custom orders
- Strong product knowledge with the ability to provide full technical support for a specific product group
- ERP experience a plus

Salary/Compensations
- $65,000—$80,000 USD
