About the Role
WIN Waste Innovations is seeking a Laborer to maintain facility appearance and environmental compliance. This role requires high visibility to traffic and the use of PPE.
Responsibilities
- Identify and remove litter from designated areas and dispose of it in containers.
- Retrieve waste litter and place it in designated containers.
- Perform sweeping and cleaning in breakrooms and maintenance shop areas.
- Maintain a positive work environment by interacting professionally with colleagues, clients, vendors, and management.
Requirements
- Handle tools and equipment.
- Possess fine motor skills.
- Reach with hands and arms.
- Climb and walk on heights often greater than 4 feet.
- Occasionally lift equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
