About the Role
As a Part-Time Teller, you’ll be one of the friendly faces our members count on. You will help members with everyday financial transactions, provide personalized service, answer member questions, build meaningful relationships, listen to member needs, and connect them with beneficial products and services. You will also accurately handle cash, balance daily transactions, and work with a supportive team to create a great member experience.
Responsibilities
- Help members with everyday financial transactions
- Provide friendly, personalized service and answer member questions
- Build meaningful relationships with our members
- Listen to member needs and connect them with products and services that may help
- Accurately handle cash and balance daily transactions
- Work alongside a supportive team to create a great member experience
- Receives members in person and by telephone, provides general Credit Union information, and assists members with the completion of financial transactions.
- Cross-sells Credit Union services
- At close of business balances and summarizes daily activity
- Performs related duties and adheres to all Credit Union and Government Regulations and Policies.
- Performs a variety of member service functions including opening and closing new and existing savings and checking accounts and certificates.
- Ensure that members are promptly and professionally served.
- Build member relationships by actively uncovering needs and suggesting credit union products and services.
