About the Role
Provide excellent attention to detail while taking care of the cleanliness of commercial buildings as part of a janitorial crew.
Responsibilities
- Perform custodial tasks required to carry out daily contract requirements, according to agency instructed techniques.
- Complete all custodial roles including flooring, horizontal surfaces, restrooms, and garbage removal.
- Adhere to contract requirements by achieving required production rates and quality specifications.
- Participate in quality control activities, such as building walk-throughs with the Custodial Trainer or Supervisor.
- Receive direction from the Supervisor/Crew Chief regarding daily duties.
- Meet regularly with the Custodial Supervisor regarding performance and program planning issues.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years old.
- High school diploma or an equivalent amount of education/experience preferred.
- Over one year of relevant work experience with knowledge of custodial operations.
- NYS Driver's License preferred.
