Southland Holdings is seeking motivated construction workers to operate heavy machinery on highway, heavy civil, or building projects.

Operate Finish Blade, Blade, Roller, and/or Loader for construction, maintenance, or repair of structures.
Assist with other jobsite duties as needed.
Grade and move materials such as dirt, rocks, and aggregate.
Load and unload materials according to operating procedures.
Perform routine maintenance, including oiling, greasing, and servicing equipment.
Conduct daily safety and maintenance checks.
Complete necessary paperwork and documentation.

DOT Experience is required.
1-3 years of operating experience.
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
Willingness to work in adverse weather conditions.
Ability to comply with all safety policies and procedures.
Effective communication with co-workers and supervisors.
Ability to perform strenuous work in varying temperatures, humidity, sand, and wind for extended periods.
