About the Role
Summerhill Market is a Toronto boutique grocer seeking reliable, energetic, and customer-focused individuals to join their Grocery team at the Forest Hill location.
Responsibilities
- Stock shelves and maintain organized, fully merchandised displays
- Assist customers with locating products and answering questions
- Rotate products and monitor freshness and quality standards
- Support receiving, back-stock organization, and inventory replenishment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the department
- Work collaboratively with the team to keep the store running smoothly during busy periods
Requirements
- Previous experience in grocery, retail, customer service, or food environments is considered an asset
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Able to lift and move products throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Open availability, including evenings and weekends
