About the Role
Groth Pain & Spine is seeking an enthusiastic, upbeat, and professional Call Center Representative to be the first voice patients hear. This role involves scheduling appointments, resolving patient needs, and documenting interactions.
Responsibilities
- Schedule appointments across 10+ locations and 20+ providers
- Learn and apply each provider's specific scheduling rules
- Resolve patient needs on the first call whenever possible
- Transfer calls to the appropriate team or department as needed
- Meet the expectation of handling 100+ calls per day
- Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system
