About the Role
The Test Engineering team designs, assembles, and validates test solutions for T&M Manufacturing facilities. This role involves assisting Test Engineers with the design of automated test systems for NI products.
Responsibilities
- Designing or revising custom printed circuit boards for test fixtures
- Developing production test code for next-generation NI products
- Qualifying instruments for deployment in manufacturing test applications
- Analyzing production test data to identify trends in product and test solution health
Requirements
- Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
Skills
- High-level programming languages (e.g. LabVIEW, TestStand, Python)
- Analog signal considerations
- Sources of measurement error
- Appropriate selection of instrumentation
- Statistical analysis of data
- Integration of hardware and software
- Hands-on experience with electronic hardware
- Experience with high frequency circuit design, RF and wireless communication
