About the Role
Partner directly with clients to design world-class digital experiences that adhere to established standards and push creative boundaries. This role requires hands-on design work, guiding other designers, and leading projects within a pod structure. Ideal for those who resonate with conceptual digital design and detailed execution.
Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end digital website project execution.
- Partner directly with clients to design world-class digital experiences.
- Be hands-on in the work as an experienced designer.
- Guide other Designers and Art Directors in your pod as a project lead.
- Understand and challenge clients’ needs to ensure integrity and excellence of work.
- Be the person the client looks up to for inspiration and creative questions.
- Help clients understand the team’s perspective and align on the creative North Star.
- Explore multiple unique, on-brand creative solutions to answer the brief.
- Encourage your team to explore creative solutions.
- Guide your team to create own-able experiences through simple concepts, clear UX, beautiful art direction, and on-point tone & voice.
- Work with cross-functional leads to prioritize work and resources.
- Demonstrate expertise in the competitive landscape and stay abreast of design culture.
- Manage and mentor designers of all levels, helping them chart their career path and grow.
- Embrace challenges and solution with teammates and clients.
Requirements
- Significant experience in digital design and art direction.
- Ability to create pixel-perfect designs while innovating within a rigorous product environment.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional partners (design, copy, motion, production, account).
- Excellent client collaboration and management skills.
- Ability to present design work internally and to senior-level clients.
- Experience managing or mentoring junior to senior level designers, including formal and informal reviews and talent development.
- Bonus if you have experience with similar global creative tech clients.
