About the Role
As a Stylist (Sales Associate), you are a trusted advisor, fit expert, and brand ambassador who brings Cole Haan's selling program to life. You will help customers discover products that fit their lifestyle and needs, creating inspiring shopping experiences that build confidence, foster loyalty, and support store sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Achieve personal sales and key performance goals.
- Drive revenue growth through exceptional service, relationship building, and personalized recommendations.
- Utilize Cole Haan's selling program to uncover customer needs, build meaningful connections, and deliver personalized solutions.
- Assist the leadership team in executing store initiatives that support profitability and business objectives.
- Serve as a brand ambassador by consistently embodying Cole Haan's standards for appearance, professionalism, and customer engagement.
- Guide customers through the "Step into Style" experience by providing personalized styling recommendations and creating head-to-toe solutions.
- Build customer confidence by addressing concerns, overcoming objections, and recommending solutions.
- Stay informed on seasonal collections, product innovations, key features, and current fashion trends and share relevant information with the customer.
- Consistently uphold Cole Haan's values by putting the customer first, acting with integrity, collaborating with teammates, and delivering experiences that inspire confidence.
- Leverage fit expertise, product knowledge, and styling acumen to provide personalized solutions.
- Build lasting customer relationships that drive loyalty, repeat business, and long-term brand advocacy.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures and notify management of any infractions.
- Contribute positively to a collaborative, inclusive, and customer-focused team environment.
- Follow all operational, loss prevention, health, and safety procedures.
- Support and maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Support store operations through receiving & processing shipment and sales floor replenishment.
- Support Enterprise Order Management (EOM)-Omni Channel Processing.
- Execute all housekeeping tasks.
