Reporting to the VP of Marketing, US, this role crafts creative for social campaigns, website content, events collateral, and sales/partner materials. It offers daily creative mentorship and collaboration with a global brand team, providing both startup agility and established design support. The work impacts enterprise HR leaders and frontline workers.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a distinctive visual voice for Stream's US social presence and design creative that stands out.
  • Own creative for direct-to-worker campaigns, designing for frontline audiences across various channels.
  • Design content assets for research and thought leadership, including reports, guides, and webinar creative.
  • Build sales and partner enablement materials.
  • Contribute to and maintain template libraries for commercial team self-service.
  • Support event creative across tradeshows, field events, and proprietary conferences.
  • Build AI-assisted design workflows to compress production timelines while maintaining quality.
  • Manage projects, set realistic timelines, and communicate priorities clearly.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a marketing-led design role, ideally B2B SaaS or an agency with B2B clients.
  • A portfolio showing range across social, campaign, and digital work.
  • Strong typography, layout, and color fundamentals.
  • Fluency in Figma and Adobe CC.
  • Comfortable moving quickly without losing craft.
  • Curiosity and comfort experimenting with AI-assisted design tools and workflows.
  • A desire to be mentored and to grow craft in a role with room to expand.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines independently.
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity on a growing team.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to New York City.
  • Motion graphics or lightweight video production (After Effects, Runway, CapCut or equivalent) is a strong plus.
  • Copywriting, illustration, or photography skills are a strong plus.

  • $100,000-$110,000 base + Bonus, Equity & Benefits
