About the Role

The Project Manager will coordinate the execution of all projects (TV, Digital, Print, Mobile, etc.) for assigned brands, acting as the central communication hub for project deliverables. This role requires an enthusiastic problem solver engaged at all project levels, serving as the key point of contact for clients and the project team to ensure the delivery of high-quality, effective work within budgets under 1mm.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage project plans, working with discipline leads and project teams for execution.
  • Manage schedules, budgets, assets, and project organization to ensure clear communication and execution of deliverables.
  • Plan and prioritize deliverables and resources based on scope and project goals.
  • Monitor project risks and scope creep, proactively identifying and solving potential problems.
  • Develop and update timelines based on input and changes, maintaining accuracy.
  • Identify client needs and link approaches to objectives.
  • Manage client expectations, ensure high-quality service delivery, and act on client feedback.
  • Assist in the development and tracking of integrated project plans.
  • Prepare project submissions.
  • Remind team members of due dates and alert partners to timeline shifts.
  • Review weekly estimates versus actuals and submit accurate timesheets daily.
  • Coordinate and lead weekly status meetings and provide day-to-day project status updates.

Requirements

  • Proven project management, time management, organization, and prioritization skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • High level of language and communication skills.
  • Interest in high science.
  • 2-4 years’ experience within Advertising or related industry.
