About the Role

The Project Manager will coordinate the execution of all projects for assigned brands, acting as the central communication hub for project deliverables. This role requires an enthusiastic problem solver engaged at all project levels, serving as the key point of contact for clients and the project team to ensure the delivery of high-quality, effective work within budgets under 1mm.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the execution of all projects (TV, Digital, Print, Mobile, etc.) for all assigned brands.
  • Develop and manage the project plan, working with discipline leads and project teams to execute plans.
  • Manage schedules, budgets, assets, and overall project organization to ensure requirements and project deliverables dates are clearly communicated, understood, and executed upon.
  • Plan and prioritize all deliverables and resources working across project(s) based on scope of work and project goals.
  • Monitor project risks and scope creep to foresee/identify potential problems and proactively identify solutions.
  • Develop timelines with input from relevant departments.
  • Update timelines based on client and/or internal changes, keeping accurate timelines throughout the life cycle of the job.
  • Identify needs that clients may not recognize and ensure approaches and solutions are linked to objectives and future needs.
  • Manage client expectations, ensure delivery of the highest quality service, and solicit and act on client feedback.
  • Assist in the development and tracking of integrated project plans alongside Senior Project Managers.
  • Prepare submissions for projects.
  • Remind team members of upcoming due dates and alert key partners should dates shift.
  • Review weekly estimates versus actuals and submit accurate timesheets on a daily basis.
  • Coordinate and run weekly status meetings and provide day-to-day project status to the team.

Requirements

  • Proven project management, time management, organization, and prioritization skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to efficiently handle multiple tasks.
  • High level of language and communication skills.
  • Interest in high science.
  • 2-4 years’ experience within Advertising or related industry.
