Develop and maintain quality systems according to standards and assist customers with any issues.

Perform ongoing testing of parts, including functional, dimensional, and physical properties.
Create, update, and maintain quality documentation, customer contact reports, customer sort reports, and procedures.

Develop visual standards and system criteria for manufacturing operations during new launches and maintain them for serial life products.
Follow all internal and OSHA-required safety procedures.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Maintain work area per 5S standards.
Perform other duties as requested by management.

Technical Degree or equivalent experience.
Computer literate.
Experience with ISO9001, IATF16949, PPAP, APQP, SPC, MSA, FMEA, QOS, and 8D Problem Solving.
Knowledge of quality systems and standards.
Knowledge of inspection techniques and measurement instrument usage.
Capable of performing Gage R&R and Capability studies.
Ability to perform part inspection with constant lifting of boxes for inspection and labeling.
