About the Role
Join Colton RV and Marine as a high-energy, motivated Sales Associate in North Tonawanda, NY. Help families start their outdoor adventures by creating memorable buying experiences, building relationships, and achieving sales goals in the dynamic RV and marine industry. We provide training and a training salary for the first 60 days.
Responsibilities
- Create a fun buying experience for customers.
- Build strong relationships and maintain open communication throughout the sales process.
- Set, meet, and exceed sales goals.
- Act as a liaison between customers and all departments.
- Conduct walk-through presentations and follow up with potential buyers.
- Participate in ongoing training, morning meetings, and vendor sessions.
- Attend RV shows 2-3 times a year.
Requirements
- A positive, can-do attitude and the drive to succeed.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional appearance.
- Basic computer skills.
- A valid NYS driver’s license.
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings.
