About the Role
A great healthcare facility located just outside San Francisco, California, seeks a Physical Therapist to join their Home Health team.
Responsibilities
- Guide patients through exercises to improve strength, flexibility, coordination, and endurance.
- Assess the patients' living space to identify fall hazards and provide specific, actionable recommendations to improve safety and accessibility.
- Teach patients and their families how to execute daily exercises safely and manage chronic conditions.
Requirements
- Must have an active BLS certification or be able to obtain one upon hire.
- Must have an Active California License to practice Physical Therapy.
- Must have at least a year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
