About the Role
Fluidstack is building civilization-scale infrastructure for AI, aiming to deliver 10 to 100s of GWs of compute faster than anyone else. We are looking for individuals who care deeply about this mission and want to contribute to a company that prioritizes speed, scale, and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Provide reliable, hands-on IT support for in-office and remote employees, resolving tickets quickly with excellent service.
- Support the MDM fleet across macOS, iOS, and Windows, and troubleshoot in-office network and A/V systems.
- Administer and improve Okta and core SaaS tooling, including integrations, role-based access controls, and identity hygiene.
- Manage procurement and asset management, coordinating hardware purchasing and tracking devices throughout their lifecycle.
- Build simple, reliable automations to reduce manual work and create clear documentation for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Own onboarding and offboarding processes for employees and contractors, and support access reviews and basic identity security.
Requirements
- Administered Okta (users, groups, app integrations) and managed MDM across macOS and Windows.
- Proficient in Google Workspace with exposure to Office 365.
- Experience supporting macOS, iOS, and Windows devices.
- Experience building automations using code or no-code tools to replace manual work.
- Ability to write clear documentation and knowledge-base content for diverse audiences.
- Possess a security mindset for identity, access, and device management.
