Responsibilities
- Deliver in-person and virtual training sessions to TELUS Health corporate clients.
- Actively manage the learning environment.
- Share subject matter expertise and experience with client participants.
- Facilitate employer-focused education on leadership development, mental health, financial wellbeing, and/or diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Represent the TELUS Health brand and deliver dynamic and psychologically safe education experiences.
- Deliver pre-packaged content ranging from one-hour awareness seminars to multi-day blended learning programs.
- Occasionally support development, design, and testing of educational products.
Requirements
- Hold a postgraduate degree in adult education, psychology, industrial relations, organizational behavior or human resource management or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in delivering instructor-led training in an applied workplace setting.
- Practical experience delivering skill-based training to adult learners in a variety of workplace settings.
- Demonstrate superior communication, presentation, and group facilitation skills.
- Ability to adapt instructional materials and strategies to accommodate individual and group differences, including special needs.
- Proven experience as a contractor facilitator delivering topics globally.
- Ability to travel within and surrounding the San Francisco Bay area.
