About the Role
The Strategic Advisory group is seeking Analysts to join their dedicated technology investment banking team in San Francisco. This role offers exposure to dynamic companies and participation in all aspects of pitches and live transactions, working directly with senior bankers.
Responsibilities
- Work on a wide range of transactions including sell-sides, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, restructurings, recapitalizations, private placements and leveraged buyouts.
- Be involved with the development, structuring and financing of transactions.
- Regularly attend client and internal meetings, negotiations and due diligence sessions.
- Conduct financial analysis and modeling.
- Draft client presentations.
- Prepare memoranda for internal and external use.
- Conduct financial and other business related research.
- Coordinate complex and often time sensitive processes.
- Engage in client facing roles.
- Assist in the execution of transactions.
- Participate in talent development efforts including recruiting.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student.
- Anticipated graduation date: Fall 2026 – Spring 2027.
- Resume must include expected graduation month/year and GPA.
- Resume must be in PDF format.
- Completion of the PJT Partners “Suited” Assessment.
