About the Role

This leadership role reports directly to the Vice President, Integrated Supply Chain for PI and serves as a key contributor in developing manufacturing strategies. The leader also participates in platform and core teams to help achieve business and operational objectives.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and strategic direction to support business and operational goals with a zero-loss mindset.
Establish and maintain a culture focused on employee safety and continuous improvement.
Foster an environment that promotes employee empowerment, development, and engagement.
Implement workforce development plans aligned with site strategy.
Lead and mentor the plant leadership team.
Ensure clear development goals, provide support, and manage organizational changes when required.
Ensure compliance with all local, national, and international regulations and company policies.
Oversee maintenance of buildings, equipment, and infrastructure in accordance with regulatory and company requirements.
Promote environmental, health, and safety compliance aligned with legal standards and best practices.
Develop and manage annual budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure accurate accounting and reporting.
Represent the Sandy plant in legal, regulatory, and community engagements.
Maintain a positive organizational image.
Partner with global supply chain teams to meet production capacity and ensure timely execution of projects.
Ensure products meet quality standards and customer requirements.
Support audits and ensure timely completion of corrective actions (CAPA).
Perform other responsibilities as required to support business needs.
Maintain a safe working environment.
Achieve organizational goals and commitments.
Meet targets related to safety, cost, quality, and production capacity.

Requirements

Minimum 10 years of manufacturing experience (medical device industry preferred).
At least 8 years in leadership roles, including multi-level management.
Experience with Lean, Kaizen, or continuous improvement methodologies.
This position is responsible for supervising a leadership team consisting of up to 10 associates.
The role primarily focuses on overseeing people leaders within the organization rather than directly managing exempt or hourly associates.
