About the Role
The Firm is seeking a Regional Analyst to join the US Sales team in its New York office, working closely with our sales team and Regional Consultants.
Responsibilities
- Partner with internal and external partners in multiple regions across the country to help develop and prospect new relationships with advisors.
- Analyze regional/product sales trends within participating broker/dealer firms and among individual financial advisors.
- Manage inbound calls from financial advisors.
- Conduct relationship-building sales calls via the telephone with financial advisors and other licensed professionals.
- Develop and implement sales plan strategies with the primary focus of prospecting new business.
- Articulate fund objectives, discuss financial markets and portfolio strategies.
- Identify sales opportunities and advisor needs, cross-sell ideas and introduce new concepts.
- Work with various departments/individuals within the organization to provide ‘Best in Class’ service to financial advisors.
- Demonstrates basic finance and analytical skills supporting investment and asset management activity.
- Handle daily administrative tasks to ensure maximum business efficiency (i.e., update and maintain contact management system).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- FINRA Series 7 and 63 licensing a plus (must acquire within firm-defined time period).
- Curiosity about sales, prior sales experience a plus.
- A strong desire to learn about Capital Markets, alternative investments, mutual funds, private equity, and the impact of economic factors.
