About the Role
This role is responsible for implementing the site merchandising strategy to translate the product assortment online through a unified search and browse experience. The primary focus will be executing product setup, promotional updates, and visual merchandising to increase conversion and sales, while balancing business objectives and consumer trends.
Responsibilities
- Execute product setup processes with precision, including SKU details, pricing, images, copy, size charts, inventory, SEO, and facet values.
- Partner with Site Merchandising for content updates across homepage, landing pages, and PLPs for new assortments and campaign launches.
- Execute Navigation and Category page creations to support newness and shopping trends.
- Ensure product readiness (PDPs, inventory, copy, image, metadata) for product launches.
- Collaborate with Buying and Merchandising teams to identify and forecast consumer trends for campaigns and product features.
- Support management of consistent master feed data and identify platform inefficiencies for the product catalog, filters, feeds, and navigation.
- Support PLP sequencing based on key learnings, merchandising strategies, and personalized browsing experiences.
- Coordinate and execute linking strategy across the site (Navigation, Footer, Filters, etc.).
- Perform routine site maintenance by inspecting all pages, products, and navigation items for accuracy and ease of use.
- Analyze site metrics, KPIs, and customer feedback to improve product placements and report findings.
- Conduct competitive analysis to ensure the website stays current with industry trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience in digital merchandising required.
- 1-3 years of experience in product setup and merchandising for online platforms.
- Experience managing virtual packs and bundles is a plus.
- Familiarity with Excel and Google Sheets.
- Experience using and managing visual merchandising/internal search tools.
- Strong project and process management skills with attention to detail.
- Great organizational skills; ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Great communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Passion for eCommerce and improving the customer experience.

- Ability to be on-site in our HQ Office in Lower Manhattan 2-3 days per week.
