About the Role
Montana’s is seeking a Manager of Guest Experience to drive guest traffic, leverage scale, and ensure repeat business. This role requires superior restaurant experience, leadership, and team-building skills to hire and lead Associates in delivering the Perfect Guest Experience.
Responsibilities
- Driving Guests to the restaurant

- Hiring and leading trained, focused and engaged Associates
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience as a Manager in an upscale dining environment with similar sales volume
- Excellent business acumen, including an understanding of budgets and operating costs
- Extensive knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage
- Excellent understanding of the upscale dining industry
- Demonstrated ability to motivate and direct others
