About the Role
Oscar is seeking a Contract Executive Recruiter to manage and execute executive-level searches, utilizing full-life cycle executive search processes including candidate generation, client management, and offer negotiation.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the management and execution of full-life cycle executive searches by developing sourcing and recruiting strategies.
- Calibrate candidates with hiring managers.
- Develop prospects into candidates, engage them, and perform initial assessments.
- Participate in client update meetings and prepare reports.
- Conduct on-site interviews, participate in debriefs, and perform reference checks.
- Creatively negotiate complex executive compensation packages.
- Support the Senior Director, Executive Recruiting on searches.
- Develop search strategies, conduct research, and present qualified candidates.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience within Executive Recruiting.
- 3+ years of leading VP+ level searches.
- 1+ years of project management experience.
- 1+ years experience building and executing strategies for staffing projects.
- 1+ years of experience pulling insights from data and utilizing them to advise hiring leaders and influence business decisions.
- Experience in agency and in-house recruiting.
- Experience recruiting at a startup and/or within the healthcare industry.
- Experience building workforce forecasts.
