About the Role
Dream Unlimited is seeking a passionate and driven student to join its Development team as a 4-month intern, starting in January 2027. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects, learn from experienced professionals, and gain valuable office experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Responsibilities
- Work alongside the development team on day-to-day tasks to meet project timelines.
- Interact with various groups in the company to facilitate the execution of project deliverables.
- Attend meetings as required with members of the development team.
- Facilitate the coordination of project memos and management of task lists.
- Provide support as needed to development team members.
- Consolidate current and past project folders on the internal group drive, assimilate into a new digital structure, and catalogue past project records/drawings for offsite storage.
- Assist with daily administrative tasks, including meeting scheduling, catering requests, group email distributions, printing, and filing.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a College or Undergraduate Program.
- Pursuing a degree in Finance, Urban Planning, Real Estate, or Architecture.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Proficient in Adobe/Bluebeam.
- Possess a collaborative mindset and positive attitude.
