About the Role
The Owner Relations Analyst is the first point of contact for Working Interest Partners and Royalty Owners, responsible for accurate and timely information dissemination and issue resolution. This role requires professionalism, friendliness, knowledge, resourcefulness, and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the Company's land records in an organized manner.
- Maintain owner's information (address, TIN, email, etc.) in our systems.
- Mail change of address forms.
- Work with the Accounting Department to create new owners and process address changes.
- Maintain positive relationships with owners and Working Interest Partners.
- Assist with inputting relevant owner information into ODA and HubSpot.
- Support Land staff with day-to-day duties, as needed.
- Assist with clerical functions, as directed.
Requirements
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

- Time Management – able to manage fast-paced team environment
