About the Role
As part of the Client Services team, you will manage a portfolio of key clients across various sectors, delivering against commercial, strategic, and client satisfaction targets. This role requires building and developing client relationships, understanding their marketing strategies, and overseeing project delivery from simple data tasks to complex technology solutions. Success depends on a broad understanding of different sectors, consultative selling skills, and knowledge of CACI's capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day support and management of 5-6 client accounts.
- Understand client business, objectives, and performance, and build industry awareness.
- Provide front-line support and act as the primary CACI point of contact for clients, including problem-solving and incident management.
- Create client account plans and lead Business Review meetings.
- Coordinate internal teams and SMEs to ensure value delivery.
- Review delivery against client SLAs and manage internal and external reporting (e.g., budget forecasts, resource burn, status).
- Provide high-quality customer care and communication, ensuring best practices like sending agendas and contact reports.
- Build and manage client relationships at all levels based on trust and respect.
- Manage account commercials and profitability.
Requirements
- Genuine passion for technology and innovation.
- Experience working within a digital/technology company.
- Strong understanding of UX, digital transformation, and technology's application to business challenges.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for team and client relationships.
- Ability to solve problems or resolve conflicts calmly and professionally.
- Proactive individual with a solution-focused mindset.
- Detail-oriented and results-driven with a good commercial mindset.
- Strong organization and facilitation skills.
- Passionate about delivering quality work for clients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including negotiation.
- Structured and clear thinker with the ability to prioritize a demanding workload.
- Commercial management including revenue forecasting experience is ideal.
- Ability to absorb information and learn quickly.
- Logical thinker that connects the dots and proactively identifies risks or issues.
