About the Role
Superhuman is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive the technical programs behind Central Infrastructure, focusing on shared identity, billing, provisioning, and data systems. This role is crucial for accelerating the growth of Superhuman's newest products by building a scalable, repeatable platform foundation.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end technical program for Central Infra, coordinating identity, billing, provisioning, SKU, and data workstreams into a single, sequenced roadmap.
- Serve as the primary connective tissue between Central Infra engineering and dependent teams (product, growth, RevOps, Finance), translating requirements into technical priorities.
- Drive the critical path for core infrastructure substrate: canonical user identity, repeatable core billing, and common data-onboarding schema.
- Make product integration repeatable and fast by partnering with engineering and M&A stakeholders to define a standard onboarding playbook.
- Run the Central Infra operating cadence, including planning, status updates, escalation management, and decision logging.
- Drive program instrumentation and reporting for leadership visibility into Central Infra's progress and impact on Trampoline outcomes.
Requirements
- 5+ years driving complex, cross-functional technical programs in fast-scaling technology companies, ideally spanning platform, infrastructure, or shared-services.
- Deep comfort with platform and infrastructure domains, understanding system flows and block architectures for identity, billing, provisioning, SKU/entitlements, and data pipelines.
- Proven track record designing and scaling systems and processes, building frameworks, playbooks, or operating models that improve integration and delivery.
- Ability to translate effortlessly between engineering, product, growth, RevOps, Finance, and executive stakeholders.
- Self-starter who connects dots in ambiguous, multi-owner spaces, identifies gaps, and charts the path forward.
- Data-informed decision-making and relationship-driven impact.
- Experience orchestrating programs with 3+ team dependencies across organizational boundaries, including infrastructure migrations, platform consolidations, or M&A/product integrations.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity, pivot between technical discussion and strategy, and maintain momentum through shifting priorities.
