About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to manage residential sales, purchases, remortgages, and equity release transactions in our busy Harrow office.
Responsibilities
- Handle all conveyancing matters from initial instruction to post-completion.
- Manage residential sales and purchases.
- Handle remortgage and equity release transactions.
- Check titles of freehold and leasehold properties.
- Deal with transfer of equity and matrimonial transfers.
- Provide support and training to conveyancing assistants.
- Develop client contacts in the local area.
- Cross-refer clients to other departments where appropriate.
Requirements
- At least 4 years PQE.
- Ability to run a full caseload of all types of residential property transactions.
Skills
- Knowledge of the local area is beneficial.
