About the Role
Manages an area within Product Management, supporting multiple products and providing oversight and operational direction to deliver innovative products that address client needs. Responsible for managing multiple, complex products that may be global in scope, with a focus on high-level strategic thinking and decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Leading and overseeing complex product management projects, budgets, and resourcing.
- Using product expertise to provide innovative direction and guidance on product management processes.
- Leading recruitment efforts and managing and developing teams.
- Identifying, analyzing, and managing portfolio-level epics.
- Partnering with enterprise leaders and other stakeholders to align initiatives with organizational strategy.
- Overseeing the flow of work at the portfolio level and ensuring value delivery.
- Managing multiple product management groups.
- Contributing to the achievement of Product Management objectives.
- Modifying based upon local regulations/requirements.
Requirements
- 15+ years of related experience required.
- Experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
