Responsibilities

  • Provide technical guidance on DAS products to deployment and sales engineering groups.
  • Evaluate new products for suitability in the DAS group portfolio.
  • Manage the introduction of new products into the organization and coordinate pricing with logistics.
  • Collaborate with programmers to maintain accurate internal tools.
  • Attend customer and service provider design reviews to ensure contract criteria are met.
  • Provide feedback to engineering managers and sales engineers based on design review insights.
  • Interface with the WiFi engineering group for seamless integration of DAS and WiFi systems.
  • Work with the PMO to integrate new DAS and WiFi products into engineering and PMO tools, including the Bill of Materials and customer design review documents.
  • Assist in the integration of new and future company products with other technical groups and Product Line Management.
  • Recommend and support efforts to improve, simplify, and automate service delivery operations and client experience.
  • Foster collaborative working relationships across departments to execute deployment engineering functions and company priorities.
  • Build bench strength and lead succession planning by identifying, developing, and promoting high-potential talent.
  • Achieve performance targets for applicable Key Performance Indicators.
  • Act as engineering manager during their absence.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
