About the Role
AECOM is seeking a Proposal Management Specialist to support our NY Metro based marketing team. This position will be based in the New York Metropolitan area and will be a hybrid position including a combination of both remote and in-office, with the expectation to go into the Manhattan AECOM office typically 1 day a week.
Responsibilities
- Manage responses to requests for qualifications (RFQ) and requests for proposals (RFP) across multiple disciplines.
- Lead and/or participate in proposal strategy development and planning with capture teams.
- Develop and apply the win plan, themes, and discriminators throughout marketing materials.
- Develop proposal outlines and schedules, managing them for compliance.
- Run proposal project team/proposal review meetings and manage proposal and presentation revisions.
- Proactively gather materials from project teams and write, edit, and coordinate proposal content, ensuring client requirement compliance.
- Coordinate graphics with the graphics team.
- Coordinate with subconsultant companies to request and collect marketing materials.
- Perform quality assurance/quality control on proposal/marketing materials.
- Perform final layout in InDesign and produce hard copies if required.
- Update SalesForce database with proposal information.
Requirements
- BA/BS + at least 2 years of experience collaborating within a marketing team to lead and support proposal / marketing activity within the AEC industry or a demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
- Proficiency in ADOBE Acrobat Suite, specifically InDesign.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM SalesForce.
- Work may occasionally be required in the evenings or weekends to meet deadlines.
- Relocation assistance and/or per diem is not offered.
- This position does not include sponsorship for United States work authorization now or in the future.
- All newly hired employees are required to attend an in-person Day 1 onboarding at an AECOM office location as a condition of employment.
