As an Office Manager, you'll oversee the daily operations of a busy ophthalmology practice, ensuring an efficient workflow, a positive patient experience, and a supportive environment for your team.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support the daily operations of the clinic

- Manage HR-related activities at the clinic level
- Oversee patient registration, checkout, and medical records
- Optimize provider schedules and patient flow

Requirements
- 3–5 years of medical practice management experience
- Experience working with EMR systems
- Strong organizational and time management skills
