About the Role
As a Territory Coverage Associate, you convert staffing gaps into reliable, high-quality execution. You provide hands-on support to Merchandisers and Order Writers, maintain operational consistency, uphold brand and execution standards, and ensure stores align with company expectations. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit.
Responsibilities
- Represent Mondelēz in stores with professionalism, reliability, and a commitment to execution excellence.
- Support Merchandisers and Order Writers across the territory.
- Serve as a trusted field partner, delivering strong customer service and reinforcing Mondelēz’s standards.
- Execute daily coverage using Merchandising Excellence and Order Writing Excellence standards.
- Capture display photos and document execution through DMI & Sales force.
- Implement promotional displays, ensuring compliance with RTM-negotiated plans.
- Maintain strong visibility of our brands.
- Follow assigned schedules and execute daily priorities set by your District Manager or RTM.
- Assist with seasonal transitions, including new product launches and promotional events.
- Build and maintain relationships with store personnel.
- Support capability building by reinforcing foundational skills and assisting with onboarding.
- Develop operational, communication, and problem-solving skills for future advancement.
- Embrace the physical nature of the role, including lifting, bending, and moving product.
- Follow all safety protocols, operational guidelines, and company vehicle policies.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides.
- Live inside the geographical boundaries of the team.
- Flexible Schedule availability required including weekends.
- Ability to travel across assigned markets.
- Ability to perform physical activities (frequent lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs., occasionally over 50 lbs., pushing, pulling, etc.).
