About the Role
SLR is a global leader in sustainability solutions, seeking an experienced EMEA Finance Manager to support high-profile operations across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa within a fast-growing, private equity-backed environmental consultancy. This role is key in delivering high-quality financial reporting, analysis, and control, with a focus on employment cost reporting.
Responsibilities
- Employment cost reporting and analysis
- Operating expenditure reporting and management commentary
- Lease accounting and compliance
- Balance sheet control
- Team leadership
- Acquisition and integration support
Requirements
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Strong experience in management accounting and financial reporting
- Experience analyzing large and complex employment cost bases
- Strong understanding of balance sheet control and reconciliation processes
- Experience working across multiple legal entities and jurisdictions
- Proven ability to manage and develop team members
- Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
