About the Role
Allen Motor Group is seeking a Senior Technician for their Ford dealership in Romford. This role involves providing technical and diagnostic services, maintaining high-quality standards, and ensuring compliance with manufacturer training and company policies.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical and diagnostic service ensuring customer satisfaction and productivity targets are met and exceeded
- Maintain the highest level of technical knowledge and ensure compliance with manufacturer training
- Uphold company and manufacturer quality standards
- Ensure 100% compliance with vehicle health check processes
Requirements
- A full UK driving licence
- Experience of inspection, repair and servicing motor vehicles
- Previous experience working in a franchised dealership (preferred but not essential)
Skills
- MOT Tester qualification
- Fantastic verbal and written English skills

Salary/Compensations
- £32,152 basic
- OTE of £42,500
- Guaranteed minimum of £3333.33 per month (£40,000 pa, gross) for the first three months
