  • Evaluate the effectiveness and ROI of AI agents and automations.
  • Develop actionable insight for leadership and business teams.
  • Establish repeatable methods for monitoring and communicating the value created by Agent Factory.
  • Develop insight to support customer retention, buyer and supplier engagement, sales effectiveness, event performance, and workflow improvement.
  • Explore predictive and segmentation approaches to support business decisions.
  • Turn analytical findings into clear recommendations, prioritized opportunities, and defined next actions.
  • Help teams transition from descriptive reporting to decision intelligence and next-best-action capabilities.
  • Understand data, reporting, and insight requirements from various departments.
  • Translate business questions into analytical work and data products.
  • Present complex findings concisely to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Promote responsible, evidence-led use of data and AI.
  • Document analytical methods, data definitions, and reusable assets for scalability.
  • Occasionally work outside standard hours to support events or meet deadlines.
