About the Role
Join Sandbox Interactive as a Freelance Support Agent to support the vibrant Albion Online player community. We seek proactive, empathetic, and tech-savvy individuals fluent in Chinese Simplified & Traditional to provide excellent player experiences for our award-winning MMO.
Responsibilities
- Provide fast, friendly, and effective support to players via ticketing platform, chat, and email.
- Resolve technical, account, and gameplay queries with empathy and professionalism.
- Escalate complex issues and collaborate with internal teams for thorough resolution.
- Identify and report recurring player issues, suggesting improvements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Albion Online and its systems.
- Deliver support clearly, concisely, and respectfully, ensuring player confidentiality and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Fluency in written and spoken Chinese Simplified & Traditional.
- Solid verbal and written English communication skills.
- Flexible availability for shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Demonstrated empathy, patience, and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable using digital tools (ticketing platforms, spreadsheets, basic troubleshooting).
- Deep interest in online games and a desire to help the player community.
- Must be 18+ and able to receive international payments.
- Applications must be submitted in English.
