About the Role

This two-year graduate programme offers the opportunity to build knowledge and skills across the Corporate Risk & Broking (CRB) business, working with and learning from industry leaders. You will develop technical expertise in actuarial problems, present findings to clients, build relationships across various sectors, and receive ongoing professional development and mentorship towards becoming a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries.

Responsibilities

  • Develop technical knowledge on challenging, real-world actuarial problems for clients
  • Present the results of your work to colleagues and clients
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues and clients across sectors, including cyber, financial institutions, marine and construction
  • Grow every day through induction, professional development, and training
  • Be mentored and supported while studying to become a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries

Requirements

  • At least 2:1 degree-qualified in a numerate discipline, or 2:1 qualified in a non-numerate discipline plus an A at A-Level Maths
  • Natural problem solver with a sharp and analytical mind
  • Comfortable working with and analysing numbers
  • Confident communicator who knows how to build relationships
  • Curious and eager to build and apply knowledge
