About the Role

Meneses Law, an Immigration Law Firm, is seeking a high-energy, bilingual Concierge with excellent communication skills to join their growing team.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls and other communications.
  • Manage filing systems.
  • Meet monthly goals (KPIs).
  • Record information as needed.
  • Greet clients and visitors.
  • Update paperwork, maintain documents, and perform word processing.
  • Organize and maintain office common areas.
  • Perform general office clerk duties and errands.
  • Maintain office equipment.
  • Assist with client reception.
  • Create, maintain, and enter information into databases.
  • Schedule clients correctly on the calendar.
  • Perform other tasks necessary for daily operations.

Requirements

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant data tools.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in problem-solving.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate findings effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to type 45 WPM or more.
  • Proficient in English usage, spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
  • Proper phone etiquette.
  • Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Regular walking, standing, and sitting for extended periods.
  • Occasional stooping, kneeling, or crouching.
  • Ability to view computer monitor for extended periods.
  • Manual dexterity for using keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment.
  • Ability to move and lift items up to 10 pounds.
  • Ability to work on a flexible schedule based on department and company needs.
