About the Role
A Global Partner Coordinator is part of the support team that provides information to our global partners in a professional and timely manner. This role will support internal Netspend employees and our partnership network as they expertly navigate multiple tools to resolve issues presented through calls, chats, or emails.
Responsibilities
- Handling escalations
- Assisting tellers with tool navigation
- Answering process questions
- Setting up partner tools
- Pulling invoice information for accounting
- Working fraud emails to freeze funds
- Assisting leadership with ad hoc projects
- Communicating clearly and efficiently
- Tracking multiple partner and client issues
- Keeping leadership alert to knowledge or training concerns
- Taking ownership by working issues presented via email or phone
- Covering 100% of all responsibilities daily
- Staying flexible to work any of the hours Partner Services is open
Requirements
- Ability to work onsite in our office in Austin, Texas
- Eligible candidates may be subject to drug, criminal history, and credit checks
