About the Role
ACEREZ, a partnership of ACCIONA, COBRA and Endeavour Energy, is seeking dedicated Safety Advisors to join their growing Energy Hubs and Substations teams for the Central-West Orana Renewable Energy Zone (REZ) Transmission Project. This project will design, build, finance, operate, and maintain new high-capacity transmission lines and infrastructure to transfer power from renewable sources to consumers, with an expected operational date of 2028.
Responsibilities
- Apply advanced computer software skills to day-to-day HSE administration.
- Review HSE systems, processes, and products, recommending practical improvements.
- Track safety metrics to support continuous improvement across the project.
- Coordinate incident reporting and investigations from start to finish.
- Lead by example to set the standard for safety on site.
- Manage document control processes, including recording, monitoring, archiving, and producing routine written communications.
Requirements
- 4+ years' experience as an HSE Practitioner on large-scale construction projects, ideally in high voltage environments.
- WHS qualifications (Diploma or higher preferred).
- Safety Lead Auditor qualification (desirable).
- Strong communicator who applies risk-based methodologies with confidence.
