About the Role
The Agentic Capability Engineer will help departments identify, design, deploy, and optimize AI agents and automated workflows in their daily operations. This role acts as a liaison between business teams and Agent Factory, implementing AI solutions, training users, and improving agent performance. This is an initial six-month fixed-term contract with potential for extension.
Responsibilities
- Work with teams to understand processes, pain points, and automation opportunities.
- Document workflows and identify areas where AI agents can provide value.
- Translate business requirements into agent and workflow specifications.
- Configure, test, and deploy AI agents using WWE's agent platforms.
- Collaborate with Agent Factory to develop new capabilities and enhance existing agents.
- Support the rollout of agentic solutions across multiple departments.
- Ensure agents align with operational and commercial objectives.
- Deliver training and coaching to users across the organization.
- Support teams in embedding agentic working practices into daily operations.
- Promote best practice usage and encourage adoption of AI tools and workflows.
- Gather user feedback and identify improvement opportunities.
- Monitor the effectiveness of deployed agents and workflows.
- Refine prompts, workflows, and agent behaviors based on operational feedback.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of WWE's agent ecosystem.
- Develop reusable agent playbooks, workflows, and documentation.
- Help build a library of organizational capabilities deliverable through agents.
- Share learning, best practices, and successful use cases across the business.
- Occasionally work outside standard hours to support events or meet deadlines.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of business processes and operational workflows.
- Highly organized with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience implementing process improvements or technology-driven change.
- Ability to learn and apply new technologies quickly.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Genuine enthusiasm for AI, automation, and emerging technologies.
