About the Role
Broadway National Group is expanding its Mobile Technician division, seeking talented individuals who deliver hands-on quality and reliability. We aim to double our team of about 20 technicians nationally by the end of 2025. We value craftsmanship and attention to detail, and we want to hear from skilled and dedicated individuals.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal teams to prioritize service calls.
- Respond in a timely manner and attempt to correct problems within the first trip.
- Communicate necessary information to internal teams for cost-effective, efficient client solutions.
- Use multiple types of power and hand tools.
- Conduct repairs including drywall patching, painting, replacing drop ceiling tiles, Trilogy locks, and other building maintenance tasks.
- Operate and maintain company vehicle safely and professionally.
- Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, inspections, and other services.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Team-oriented player with the ability to work independently.
- Demonstrate strong mechanical ability and have handyman experience.
- Flexibility to travel within the tristate area when needed.
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Open to weekend and after-hour shifts.
