About the Role
The Finance Team is looking for a Revenue Analyst to support revenue processes, financial reporting, analysis of financial information, documentation of process and controls, and technology improvements for the reporting function.
Responsibilities
- Manage the front-end requirements of the monthly revenue process, including client billing setups, fee schedules, and client changes.
- Handle day-to-day revenue tasks such as incoming inquiries, closings fees, and ad-hoc requests.
- Manage invoicing of client bills, including preparation of analytics, initial review, and problem-solving.
- Manage accounts receivable, including email inbox, collections, cash receipts, and quarterly reconciliations.
- Prepare robust revenue reports supporting the monthly accrual of fees and assets under management.
- Participate in projects and tasks related to the revenue function.
- Support month-end processes, financial and regulatory reporting, and annual audits.
- Document controls, policies, and processes for financial and regulatory reporting cycles.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Completed or pursuing a CPA designation preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
- 4+ years of experience in accounting, finance, and/or analytics focused finance roles.
- Demonstrated strength in financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
- Full cycle accounting experience is an asset.
- Experience working with large datasets is an asset.
- Exposure to investment management, asset management, or professional services is an asset.
- An innate drive for data quality, governance, and usability.
- Naturally curious and analytical; asks “why” and “what’s next”.
- Able to synthesize complexity into clear, compelling narratives.
- Confident partnering with senior stakeholders while maintaining analytical independence.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and a fast-evolving environment.
- Result focused, outcome-driven, and proactive.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

- Must be eligible to work in Canada.
