About the Role
NEXTON is recruiting a Product Manager H/F for a permanent position in Paris. You will join the teams of a major client as a Product Marketing Manager, contributing to their digital evolution and innovation strategies.
Responsibilities
- Translate product vision into an actionable roadmap (6-month horizon).
- Pilot the Discovery process using Jira Product Discovery to convert Business Unit needs into concrete opportunities.
- Prioritize features by balancing business impact, technical feasibility, and team capacity.
- Orchestrate product and feature launches (e.g., new virtual cards, app integrations).
- Design and manage Direct Marketing campaigns to increase platform adoption.
- Analyze performance using Google Analytics and Power BI to optimize lead acquisition and influence user behavior.
- Deploy and manage international customer listening platforms (e.g., Medallia).
- Conduct competitive benchmarks and customer journey diagnostics to identify friction points.
- Present CX analyses and action plans directly to executive committees.
Requirements
- Solid experience (5 years) combining Product Management and Growth Marketing.
- Comfortable in large-scale organizations (SAFE framework, Agile) with multiple stakeholders.
- Data-driven mindset.
- Multi-country experience.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Proficiency in Italian is a significant plus.
