About the Role
Provide professional support to customers and work closely with the Garden Centre Manager to ensure business success.
Responsibilities
- Provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone by greeting customers and offering assistance.
- Handle customer queries courteously and efficiently.
- Identify customer needs through interaction and take appropriate action.
- Maintain excellent standards of merchandising and housekeeping in accordance with company guidelines.
- Look after the Yard area, including fencing, pots, compost, and stoneware.
Requirements
- Good friendly manner.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Willing to learn.
